kitchen witch wednesday

A yummy breakfast quiche!!

We grew up eating this on holidays, but now that I am a married working women, I make it sometimes on Sundays and keep it in the fridge for the week. I reheat and eat it throughout the week for breakfast with a green salsa...

1 package of hot and spicy sausage
1 small package steam in the bag broccoli
1 cup bisquick
8 eggs
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup milk

Cook the sausage until done and steam the broccoli. (you can use fresh broccoli if you like! Sometimes the steam in the bag broccoli gets a little mushy when you cook the quiche in the oven). Measure out milk, bisquick, cheese and pour into bowl. Add eggs, sausage and broccoli. Mix well together and pour into greased cooking pan/dish. Cook at 350 degrees for about an hour, or until golden brown. Use a tester stick, or knife to make sure the inside of your quiche is done. Serve warm with green salsa.

This quiche will last for about a week in the fridge!! :)

Wooo for Kitchen Witch Wednesday!!
