When I was in college and living at home, I sat at my seasonally decorated desk nightly to work on my studies. And I enjoyed it! I loved sitting there, researching, working and putting my mind to something.
Now that I've graduated and gotten married, I share a desk and desktop computer with my husband, which is usually covered in computer/video gaming manuals, headphones and video game controllers. I just recently realized that this bothers me! I have no place to put my pretty pink lap top and work on my witchy and cooking studies when I want to! We have a large enough office, why don't I have my own special work area? I voiced my concern to my husband and on our way home from our recent trip, we came across an Ikea... and a twenty dollar, medium sized desk with my name on it! :)
So this afternoon while the hubby is at work, I'm putting together my special witchy-working area. I can't wait to organize my witchy/cooking/paying bills/blogging/mommy research studies of grown up life!!
