merry imbolc friends!!

This is my second favorite of the sabbats in the witch's wheel of the year. I love the thought and hope that spring is right around the corner. Today I lit a yellow candle in honor of the goddess and to lure the sunshine and warmth back to the earth. My hubby also helped me create a few goddess dollies on the sewing machine (I am still learning and can't quite do the curves of the goddess's shape) I did however pick out her fabric, grey to represent the winter season we are still in, with yellow swirls in honor of imbolc. She is rather cute if I do say so myself :) The second one I gave to my therapist who knows of my pagan spirituality. Although she is Christian herself, she has the same beliefs as me and believes we all worship the same things.. it just presents itself to us in different ways! I am so thankful for her! And she was thankful for my goddess dolly gift!!
