Today during meditation, I prayed for new beginnings in my life an the world wakes up again on this first day of spring. I am trying to turn over a new leaf when it comes to stress in my life- I am a very stressful person and get freaked out by the tiniest things. I worry until I am sick in my stomach. I am hoping to maintain calmness through my meditation time when I get home each day and thinking positive things throughout the day. "Things could be worse, I am happy and healthy, I am so very blessed, don't sweat the small stuff". I'm also trying calming breaths for 5-7 seconds throughout the day when I think i'm about to lose it at work! What do you do to calm your hectic life?
I have noticed however, since beginning my pagan path, I think of my new choice of "relgion" at work and I feel calmed in my crazy environment. Its like I have a little calming secret that no one knows about... and I am at peace.
