I have not been feeling well in my first trimester of pregnancy. I am trying to get up and get moving for some positive energy, but as soon as I am up, I am nauseated again and have to sit back down. I am not a sit still person. I am cleaning, working, craftng, cooking, etc. person, but recently my hubby does the cooking and cleaning, and I am in bed.It is depressing and I am starting to get sad. I am very excited about the little one in my belly, but I had no idea I would be so ill.
I am looking forward to the full moon tonight. If I can tough out the cold, and hold down my dinner, I a wanting to go rock underneath it for a little while. Maybe the Goddess will release some positive energy in me; sprucing up my attitude and my stomach.
I have one more week of work to hold out for, and then we have chritmas break for two weeks. Hopefully the worst of the first trimester will be over by the time I have to return to work.
I am very excited for our first Christmas/Yuletide in our new home. Hopefully hubby will be off Christmas Eve day, and we will spend the day creating some holidays tradions of our own. I want to spend the day baking and then speading that yuletide/christmas cheer with my neighbors and friends. My plans are to make white chocolate covered christmas pretzels, russian tea cakes and christmas/yuletide tree cookie cutouts

Since we celebrate both Yule and Christmas, I am hosting a Yule dinner this week with some of my family members. We are celebrating early before the hustle and bustle of christmas day shows up, because we spend that day partaking in family traditions that began in my childhood. I love being able to mix and match religious holidays and customs :)
goddess bless!
