I'm just another twenty something, newly married, fashion loving, working gal trying to cook up a bit of magick in the kitchen and in life!

So, uh... what kind of witch are you?!

While reading my evening "witchy" blogs, I came across this question/comment over at: http://www.thedomesticpagan.com/ ( I <3 your blog btw!)

"There are generally three groups of Witches, Wiccans, and Pagans. Those that do magick and spirituality. Those that just do spirituality. And those that just do magick. Decide where you fit and answer the questions that are specific to your personal path"

... and it made me wonder, which one am I? I think I am more just a "spiritual witch"... but is there such a thing? Everyone always says that you are "pagan enough" just the way you are, and I hope that that really is true. Sometimes, I feel "pagan enough" and other times I feel like I am searching for more. I'd like to do more on my pagan path, but I am not sure where to start! Can anyone give me some starters?

This is where I am at currently:
* I embrace many religions- and bash no ones. I think we all somewhat believe the same thing, but just look at things through different colored lenses. My lens believes in being a good person, Karma, thinking/praying happy thoughts and loving nature.
* I love the outdoors and spending time there... I celebrate the Earth and Mother Nature/The Goddess as she changes throughout the year through the sabbats.
* I have a bedroom altar decorated for the current sabbat plus a God and Goddess candle, where I spend time in meditation and prayer
* I have a kitchen altar where I welcome the Goddess each evening by lighting her candles and cooking my husband and I dinner. (...and usally I ask the Goddess to help me not burn the dinner too!) :)

Can anyone help me further my pagan path? I'd be most grateful...

Happy Tuesday!!
peace, love and cupcakes

Isn't her blog awesome!?!? Her questions were really thought provoking and I hope to blog them sometime soon, but that's beside the point. This is about you and the one suggestion I have that I always have in the back of my mind (it stays there, don't know why) is to pick one thing that your not real familiar with but have an interest in and explore it. It sounds like your very familiar with the Sabbits and you like to experience the changes in the seasons so why not explore the Esbats and the common names for them and what that means/represents in nature. I'd say I'm spiritual and I'm a bit of a nerd that loves to read but regardless of if you are wiccan/pagan etc. learning and experiencing is the building ground for every path. So why not learn something new and grow thru it in what ever your path is?
