I've always been one to say a "prayer" before bedtime, because thats what I was raised doing. Since my faith has changed since childhood, I've found a little something that works for me. It fits nicely into my bedtime routine, sometimes in meditation and somestimes in bed right before I fall asleep.
So, for those of you who mix and match like I do...
God and Goddess of the Heavens and Earth
